7. Payment and Subscriptions

Pricing for our Services is displayed on our website or provided in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORXOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corxor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already provided.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may delete your account and User Content. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Turkey.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corxor regarding the Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service disruptions.
