Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the Corxor QuickSecure platform and related services.

Last Updated: March 22, 2026
Important: By accessing or using Corxor's Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or an entity) and Corxor ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of the Corxor website (corxor.com), the Corxor QuickSecure endpoint security platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date and, for significant changes, by email notification.

Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

3. Services Overview

Corxor QuickSecure is an enterprise cybersecurity platform that provides endpoint threat detection, security event processing, and ML-based threat classification. The Services include:

  • Endpoint Agent: A user-mode software agent deployed on endpoints to monitor system activity, collect security telemetry, and perform local ML inference for threat detection
  • Cloud Platform: A multi-tenant cloud service providing account management, ML model governance, security event aggregation, audit logging, and administrative dashboards
  • ML Model Governance: Versioned model registry, canary deployment, rollback capabilities, drift monitoring, and retraining evaluation
  • Threat Intelligence Integration: Aggregation of third-party threat intelligence feeds to enhance detection accuracy

The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan and configuration.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access the Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorized parties
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4.3 Tenant Administration

Each customer organization is assigned a tenant. The designated administrator is responsible for managing user access, configuring operating modes, and reviewing security settings within the tenant scope. Corxor is not responsible for misconfiguration by tenant administrators.

5. License and Permitted Use

5.1 License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal security operations purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Services or underlying technology.

5.2 Scope of License

Your license covers the number of endpoints, users, and features specified in your subscription plan. Deployment beyond the licensed scope requires an upgrade or additional agreement.

6. Endpoint Agent Deployment

The QuickSecure endpoint agent is designed to be deployed on supported operating systems by your authorized administrators. By deploying the agent, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The agent will monitor system activity including process execution, file events, and network connections for the purpose of threat detection
  • The agent performs local ML inference using signed ONNX models distributed through the Corxor model registry
  • Security telemetry will be transmitted to the Corxor cloud platform for aggregation, analysis, and audit purposes
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents or authorizations from endpoint users within your organization as required by applicable law
  • The agent operates in user mode and is designed to minimize system performance impact, but some resource consumption is inherent to endpoint monitoring

7. Telemetry and Security Event Processing

The Services process security telemetry and event data as described in our Privacy Policy. This processing is necessary to provide the contracted security service and includes:

  • Threat detection and classification using multi-stage inference (ONNX, Random Forest, rules-based fallback)
  • Security event correlation and alerting
  • Model performance monitoring, including drift detection and canary validation
  • Audit trail generation for compliance and forensic purposes

Telemetry data is processed within your tenant boundary. Cross-tenant data access does not occur except where anonymized, aggregated data may be used to improve global model performance, subject to applicable law.

8. Operating Modes

QuickSecure supports configurable operating modes that determine how the platform responds to detected threats. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate mode for your environment:

  • Shadow Mode: Observation only. The platform monitors and logs security events but takes no automated action. Suitable for evaluation, baselining, and audit.
  • Supervised Mode: Human-in-the-loop. The platform generates alerts and recommendations for review by your security team before any action is taken.
  • Full Autonomous Mode: Automated response. The platform may take containment, quarantine, or blocking actions based on configured policy thresholds and ML confidence scores. This mode operates according to your configured rules and does not guarantee error-free detection or prevention.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and configuring operating mode settings, response policies, and confidence thresholds. You acknowledge that automated security actions carry inherent risk of false positives and false negatives. Corxor is not liable for damages resulting from automated actions taken in accordance with your configured policies.

9. Acceptable Use

9.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

9.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Use the Services to facilitate or conceal unlawful activity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other tenants' data, or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Services, infrastructure, or other customers' use
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the agent software, ML models, or cloud platform (except as permitted by applicable law)
  • Extract, copy, or redistribute ML models, model weights, or inference logic
  • Remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or security signatures
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without written authorization
  • Deploy the agent on endpoints for which you lack authorization
  • Use the Services for competitive analysis or to develop competing products
  • Tamper with telemetry, audit logs, or agent reporting mechanisms

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Corxor's Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, ML models, algorithms, documentation, and design of the Services are owned by Corxor or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

10.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to or generate through the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Corxor a limited license to process Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

10.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, you grant Corxor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

11. Payment and Subscriptions

11.1 Pricing

Pricing is displayed on our website or specified in your service agreement. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Price changes do not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

11.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription

11.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription in your account dashboard or by contacting us.

11.4 Free Trials and Evaluation

We may offer free trial or evaluation periods. Trial access may have limited features or capacity. At the end of a trial, you will be charged for the selected plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. Trial or evaluation use does not create any service-level commitments by Corxor.

12. No Guarantee of Security Outcomes

Important: Corxor QuickSecure is designed to help detect and respond to cybersecurity threats, but no security product can guarantee the prevention, detection, or containment of all threats.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Services are not a guarantee against security incidents, data breaches, or cyberattacks
  • ML-based detection may produce false positives (benign activity flagged as malicious) and false negatives (malicious activity not detected)
  • Detection accuracy depends on factors including model version, endpoint configuration, operating mode, threat landscape evolution, and the timeliness of threat intelligence updates
  • Autonomous actions are taken according to configured policies and may not be appropriate for every environment or use case
  • You remain responsible for your organization's overall security posture, including complementary security controls, incident response planning, and internal review processes

13. Service Availability

13.1 Availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability of the cloud platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL DETECT, PREVENT, OR CONTAIN ALL SECURITY THREATS.

16.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORXOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CORXOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CORXOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corxor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 12, 16, 17, and 19) will continue in effect.

19. Dispute Resolution

19.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@corxor.com to attempt informal resolution.

19.2 Governing Law
